Topping- Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl, stir to combine and set aside.
Avocado Cream- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, set aside.
Grilled Jalapenos- On a sheet of aluminum foil place jalapenos, drizzle with oil, wrap them tight and place on preheated grill, grill about 8mins. When done open carefully, sprinkle pinch of salt & pepper, add lime juice and set aside.
Patties- In medium bowl combine the two meats with a pinch of salt & pepper, without over working the meat with your hands, make 4 patties. Place patties on preheated grill, about 4 minutes per side or until your preferred doneness. Set grilled patties aside and cover with aluminum to keep warm.
Meanwhile slice buns open and place them on grill to toast, just a couple of minutes is all they need.
Spread the avocado cream on both sides of bun, top with meat, 2 tbsp. of feta cucumber topping, a little lettuce, add top bun and enjoy. Serve with grilled jalapenos!
